Peri-implantitis

Peri-implantitis is the most common complication in dental implantology. The image shows an implant with advanced peri-implantitis destroying also the bone of the neighbouring tooth next to it.

Whilst the international occurrence averages 20 percent of patients and 10 percent of implants, Mr. Carl's peer reviewed published numbers are only 3.5 percent in patients and 2 percent in implants, bringing his overall success rate to 99.2 percent over a 20 year observation period.
